RENOVATIONS & BUILDS
Renovation and new build electrician, Adelaide.
A written scope before I start. No surprise costs. Finished on program.
Dave did all the electrical work on our reno in Glenelg and was great to deal with from start to finish. Knows his stuff and just gets the job done without any BS. Have passed his number on to many mates. Strongly recommend.
The electrical is where renos go sideways.
The quote looked fine. Then the variations started.
"Oh, that'll be extra." "Didn't know you wanted that there."
The sparky is a week late for rough-in. The plasterer is booked. Everything slides.
Then you move in and the switch for the kitchen lights is behind the fridge.
What happens if you leave it
- Once the walls are plastered, every change means cutting them open again.
- Late rough-in pushes back plaster, cabinets, painting and your move-in date.
- A light in the wrong spot stays in the wrong spot for 20 years.

My guarantee
You never pay twice for my work.
If I'm late without telling you, or my work isn't right, I come back and fix it at my cost.
How I do it
- 01
Design walkthrough.
We walk the plans, or the frame, room by room. Where you'll sit, cook, charge, read. Every light, switch and powerpoint gets a spot.
- 02
Written scope.
You get it in writing. Every point, every fitting, one price.
- 03
Rough-in.
Cables and boxes in, on your program, before the plasterer arrives.
- 04
Fit-off.
Lights, switches, powerpoints and appliances in and tested.
- 05
Handover walkthrough.
We walk it together. You get the compliance paperwork in your hand.
Builders: I turn up on program.
On program.
You give me the dates. I hit them, or you hear from me first.
Rough-in before plaster.
No holding up your next trade.
One sparky, start to finish.
The person at rough-in is the person at fit-off. Me.

I do the work myself. That means I only take on a set number of projects each month. Get in early if you're planning a reno.
